Charles brings over 20 years of experience in media production and software development with deep knowledge of VR, AR, agile development, corporate strategy, and resourcing. Charles has directly consulted companies such as NBC, Mattel, EA, and Qualcomm and various start-ups. He has managed multiple teams and developed dozens of products including marquee franchises like Tomb Raider and Star Trek. Charles is the co-owner of product development agency Fishermen Labs, design agency Knife & Fox, co-working campus CTRL Collective, and coding bootcamp Foundry Edu.
